सभी लोग अपने Family को पालने के लिए Job करते हैं, मगर Job के दौरान हमें क्या-क्या Facility मिलनी चाहिए इसको जानकारी हर किसी को नहीं है. आज हम इस क्रम में Gratuity (ग्रेच्युटी) के बारे में बात करेंगे. जब आप किसी Company में काम करते है आकपे द्वारा दिए गए Service के बदले Gratuity आपके प्राप्त Salary का एक हिस्सा ही है. मतलब यह आपके Company द्वारा एक भाग के रुप में आपके Salary में से हर Month काटा जाता है. Gratuity सरकारी और प्राइवेट क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले या संगठित क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले Employees को मिलती है. अभी हाल में ही Labour Ministry ने कर मुक्त ग्रेच्युटी (Tax Free Gratuity) की राशि को 10 लाख से बढाकर 20 लाख कर दिया है और इसे 1 जनवरी 2016 से Government और Private दोनों क्षेत्रों के Employees के लिए लागू भी कर दिया गया है.
